Rosenbaum T (2008) The Role of Physical Therapy in Female Sexual Function. Current Sexual Health Reports 5:97-101.

Healthy sexual function requires physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Physical presentations that may limit sexual activity include decreased mobility, alterations in sensation, decreased genital circulation, and pain.
