More Than Treating Symptoms.
Understanding People.

CoreGood was created to help men and women overcome some of the most personal health challenges they experience. We believe the best outcomes begin with understanding what has changed, identifying what's limiting function, and building a personalised pathway forward.

Nathan Scott, pelvic health physiotherapist, in the CoreGood clinic

Why We Created CoreGood

Pelvic health concerns can affect confidence, relationships, movement, work, sport and everyday life. Too often people are given a diagnosis without understanding why their symptoms developed or what can realistically improve.

CoreGood was built around a simple belief:

People deserve to understand their body, their options and the reasons behind every recommendation.

Our role is to listen carefully, assess thoroughly and guide each person through an evidence-informed pathway that reflects their goals, not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.

How We Think

Good pelvic health care isn't about treating one muscle or one diagnosis.

It involves understanding how muscles, nerves, connective tissue, movement, breathing, circulation, lifestyle and overall health work together.

Rather than asking "What treatment should we use?", we first ask "What's limiting this person's function?"

That understanding guides every recommendation we make.

Meet Nathan Scott

For more than a decade I've helped men and women overcome some of the most personal health challenges they will ever experience.

My role is to understand what's limiting your function and guide you through a clear, practical pathway to recovery. Helping people understand what's happening, identify what can improve and build a practical pathway forward is at the heart of how I work.
