CoreGood Pelvic Health / Coregood Institute Ltd
Effective date: August 2026
This disclaimer applies to this website and to the associated pages we maintain on other platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your use of this site.
1. The information here is general
Everything on this website is general information about pelvic health, about the services offered at our clinics, and about what an appointment involves. It is published to help you decide whether to come and see us, and to know what to expect if you do.
It is not personal clinical advice, and it cannot take account of your history, your symptoms, your medications or anything else particular to you. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
2. Always get advice about your own situation
If you have questions or concerns about your health, if you want to start, stop or change any treatment, or if you are unsure whether something described here applies to you, speak to a registered health practitioner who can assess you.
Do not delay seeking advice, and do not disregard advice you have already been given, because of something you have read on this website.
3. If your symptoms are urgent
If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 111 now.
For urgent health advice at any hour, Healthline is free on 0800 611 116. Otherwise contact your doctor or an after-hours medical centre.
This website is not monitored for clinical questions, and email or a contact form is not the way to raise an urgent symptom with us.
4. Reading this website does not make you our patient
No clinician and patient relationship is created by visiting this website, by reading anything on it, or by sending us an enquiry through it. That relationship begins when you attend an appointment and are assessed.
5. What is appropriate for you is decided by assessment
Where this website describes an approach we use, it describes what that approach involves and who it may be available for. It is not a statement that it is the right approach for you, and nothing here is a promise about your own result.
What is appropriate depends on what an assessment finds, and some of what we offer is not suitable for everyone. Where that is the case the relevant page says so, and we go through it with you before any treatment begins.
6. Equipment named on this website
This website names equipment used at our clinics, including the PelviPower chair and biofeedback trainer, real-time diagnostic ultrasound, MAPLe HD EMG, focused shockwave therapy and Vertica.
Naming equipment describes what we have and how it is used here. It is not a recommendation that any of it is appropriate for you. Each has its own list of circumstances in which it is not used, set by the manufacturer, and we work through that list with you before a first treatment rather than relying on you having read it here.
7. Video appointments
Video appointments are arranged with Nathan rather than booked as a standard appointment, and they are limited by what can be assessed without you in the room. Some parts of an assessment need you present, particularly real-time ultrasound and biofeedback.
We will tell you whether video is worthwhile for your situation before you pay for one. You are responsible for your own connection and for taking the call somewhere private.
8. Accuracy and currency
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current. Even so, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the information on it.
Fees, availability, opening hours and the services offered at each clinic change from time to time. If a detail matters to your decision, ring us on 0800 267 346 and confirm it rather than relying on this page.
9. Links to other websites
This website links to websites we do not control. We have no control over their content or availability, and including a link does not mean we endorse the site or the views expressed on it. Their own terms and privacy practices apply once you leave ours.
10. Availability of this website
We make every effort to keep this website running. We take no responsibility, and accept no liability, for it being unavailable at any time for reasons beyond our control.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the associated pages described above.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights, none of which can be contracted out of where they apply.

Take the First Step
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before asking for help. If you would rather ask before you book, start with a free 15-minute discovery call. It is a phone conversation, not a sales call, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
