How do I find the clinic?
CoreGood does not have its own shopfront in Palmerston North. We run our clinic inside OraKinetics, a health and movement practice at 91 Milson Line. If you are looking for a building with CoreGood written across the front, you will drive past it.
Here is what to look for.
Milson Line runs north through the suburb of Milson, on the northern side of Palmerston North near the airport. Number 91 sits alongside the small group of shops called The Pillars, which includes Milson Pharmacy, the landmark most locals know. CoreGood operates out of OraKinetics, the exercise physiology gym right behind and beside the pharmacy.
Which door do I use?
Come in through the OraKinetics entrance and let reception know you are here to see CoreGood.
The signage at the entrance is OraKinetics only, so do not look for a CoreGood sign. You are welcome to arrive early and wait in the shared OraKinetics waiting area.
If you cannot find it, ring 0800 267 346 rather than circling the block. We will talk you in, and we will not start your appointment late because of it.
Will OraKinetics staff know why I am there?
Reception will know you have an appointment with CoreGood. They will not know what it is about. Nothing about the reason for your appointment is shared with OraKinetics, and your clinical notes are held by CoreGood under the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
Where do I park?
On the street, or in the car park.
Is the clinic accessible?
Yes. There is wheelchair access and room to manoeuvre a pram.
Can I get there without a car?
Almost everyone drives to this clinic, and there is parking on the street and off it.
By train or coach. Palmerston North railway station on Matthews Avenue is served by the Capital Connection to and from Wellington and by the Northern Explorer. From the station to Milson is a short taxi or rideshare trip.
By air. Palmerston North Airport is in Milson, a few minutes from the clinic. If you are flying in from elsewhere in the country for an appointment, this is one of the easier clinics in New Zealand to reach from an airport.
By bus. Palmerston North’s bus network serves the northern suburbs including Milson. Check the Horizons Regional Council timetable for the route and stop nearest 91 Milson Line.

Palmerston North is a pelvic health clinic. Everything on the pelvic health side is available here, and it is the same clinician either way. Back, joint and sports physiotherapy is seen at Kāpiti only. Read more about how we assess and what a pathway may involve on the Treatments pages.
We see people for:
- Men’s pelvic health: erections and erectile dysfunction, bladder control, ejaculation timing, recovery after prostate surgery, pelvic pain, lower back and core strength.
- Women’s pelvic health: bladder leakage and urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, sexual health and comfort, lower back and core strength.
Pelvic health in the Manawatū
Palmerston North is better served for general physiotherapy than most cities its size, with several established practices and a university that trains health professionals. Dedicated men’s pelvic health is a different matter. Most people who ring this clinic about erections, ejaculation timing or recovery after prostate surgery have been told to try pelvic floor exercises and left to work out the rest for themselves.
For women, postnatal and continence physiotherapy is easier to find here than in some regions, but the gap tends to open up later: prolapse that has been managed for a decade, bladder urgency that has quietly reshaped somebody’s week, pelvic pain that has been investigated repeatedly without a clear answer.
Those are the situations this clinic sees most. Objective assessment first, an explanation that makes sense, and a pathway that suits the person rather than a standard programme.
The rural catchment matters too. People come in from Feilding, the Rangitīkei and further out, and a long drive changes what a sensible plan looks like. If you are travelling an hour each way, we will build a programme around fewer appointments and more home work rather than booking you in weekly and watching you stop coming.
Common questions about the Palmerston North clinic
Is CoreGood part of OraKinetics?
No. CoreGood is a separate practice that runs its clinic inside the OraKinetics premises. You book with CoreGood, you are seen by a CoreGood physiotherapist and your notes are held by CoreGood.
Which days is the clinic open?
Tuesdays, 8am to 5pm. Nathan is on site that day.
Is there a waiting list?
Not usually. We aim to see you within one to two weeks, and sooner if you have been referred to us before an operation.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If you have a referral from your GP, midwife, obstetrician, gynaecologist or urologist, bring it, because it saves time. You do not need one.
How much does it cost, and does ACC cover it?
Fees, ACC cover and what is not covered are set out in full on the Fees and ACC page.
What if I would rather ask some questions first?
Book a free 15-minute call. Confidential, no charge, no obligation to book anything afterwards.
